I cannot recommend Alegria Havanese highly enough. From the day my puppy’s litter was born, Melissa shared photos and videos of the litter’s development with us. She was very careful in choosing the perfect puppy for our family and we couldn’t be happier. Kenobi is a happy, healthy, loving puppy and we are so thankful for him. He has exceeded all of my expectations. Melissa’s care and support doesn’t end when you pick up your puppy either. As a first time dog owner, I have had tons of questions for her and she always responds promptly and truly cares about her dogs well-being after they have left her home for their forever families. People comment on my adorable puppy all the time and more importantly, his incredible temperament. He has a huge fan club wherever he goes! I would not hesitate in getting a puppy from Alegria Havanese - Melissa breeds amazing dogs.

Lovely Breeder. Me and my family decided to get a puppy from Melissa a little over a year ago and even with all the questions and concerns we had, Melissa was very happy to help us and quick to respond. We had a long search to find a reputable breeder and we finnaly came across Alegria Havanese. Compared to a lot of other Havanese breeders in Ontario, this one ticked a lot more of the boxes that associated with a reputable breeder. If you want a Havanese and want to make sure the health and well-being of the puppy/dog will be to it's highest degree it could be for its life, come here!! We got our Luca in June and love the little guy so much. Melissa takes the time to socialize them accordingly from when they are a small puppy allowing them to be more comfortable in many public settings and with other people/dogs. She gave us very clear instructions as we were first time dog owners that made it a lot easier for us to manage bringing Luca home.
