I was very upset.
They sold me a broken and crack product.
But they did not say sorry.
Just say no return, no exchange.
And I asked exchange again and again.
The manger "Mark" told Me if you asked a return or exchange, call the police.
The store is very bad people there.
Small money. No more cheating customers

My go to place usually, but not today. Your associate in hardware has an ego when he is unsure of what an item is. He reluctantly will escort you to the area and “ask do you see it?” Nope that’s why I need help. Then he’ll ask “do you want me to look it up on the computer?” Yes I would like to buy it if I can. There are lots of great superstars here, hopefully he will get better, if he’s interested in staying.

I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies upon entrance. I have to ensure management hears this review: The exceptional service and patience and assistance of Wyatt, who went above and beyond to assist me in lumber size and accessories that i would require. Unfortunately, after returning with my measurements, Wyatt was finished his shift; i was met with a female sales rep. that was rude and acted as if i didn't exist. I hope management addresses my positive & negative experience. Tks Wyatt!

Well Rona, on Parkdale in Hamilton is a gem, and so is the staff. The store might seem small, but what's inside is personality, heart, and caring. Was having a problem ordering a product online, i phoned the store and asked , if i come down, could you help me order, what i wanted on line, and have it delivered to the store, so if i wasn't home ,it wouldn't go missing, or taken. The customer service girl, Lenna said no problem. When arriving at the store, i was greeted with Lenna's smile, and asked what was i ordering. I showed her the item number and she went to work. There was a problem that came up and she called her coworker, Donna over, and both ironed out the issue, and my order went through. I felt like a customer, not a number, and wasn't discarded, when the problem occurred, but took the time, to solve it, and take care of me! Five stars to both of you, my product i see, is now on it's way. I hope the Manager reads this, and at least buy's you both lunch, for a job well done. P.S ill ask in a few day's when i come to pick up my order. People is all about the service, shop at this Rona, and feel like a customer again!!!

Guy at the paint counter was amazing. He informed me that I was buying the wrong paint for my deck and steered me to the right one. Excellent customer service. I will come back every time going forward to this store for my painting needs

None of the Ronas answer their phone or call you back if you leave a message. So from now on going to Home Depot. It's like you don't care just to save a buck and lose customers.

I made the attempt to go back there after almost 2 years of boycotting. I shouldn't have bothered. Just a bunch of overpaid useless yard staff. Completely unprofessional. Then turn it around on you when (as a customer) it won't be dealt with. I used to spend upwards of 250k with rona at parkdale and they'll never see a dime if my money again! That's a fact.

Warning!! If you want to experience the worst customer service experience visit this location, starting from the cashiers to the manager ( Mark) and their policies are not the same as before because they are individually owned !! I stopped by this location to return 2 items that I had purchased from Grimsby location at the same date and first the customer service lady was confused what to do and she asked her coworker and the coworker called the manager and before the manager arrived a guy approached me and he was about to tell me about the return the manager Mark showed up and the guy asked him what do you think should we proceed the return what do you think and Mark said no he has to return it where he purchased it, and I told him that I am returning it in your store because I want to purchase stuff from the garden centre he didn’t care, a qualify Manager knows that if a customer walks into his store he can bring more customers for him or he can take some customers away from his store I don’t think he’s a qualified manager, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and I will tell all my friends and colleagues not to visit this location….and please don’t call them when they respond to your review ( response by the owner) that’s a lie !! I called them and spoke with the salesman named (AZIZ)And he took my information and never contacted me!!! When you relay your business to the people like Mark as a manager and Aziz, as a Customer Service rep, you are contributing on bankruptcy of your company just like other big box company went bankrupt. They will be next. This is a kind of service they provide Garbage service.!!!!
