Quick shoutout to the SUPERSAC team! This year, we decided to switch it up and give SUPERSAC a try and we’re so glad we did. We ordered the Enriched Garden Soil for our perennial beds, and the results have been incredible. The growth and blooms are the best we’ve ever seen, our garden has never looked better! We were so impressed, we followed up with an order of black mulch. Great products, easy ordering, and next-day delivery. We’re officially sold!

Mixed reactions. Stay away from the enriched garden soil. Such poor quality, zero compost in it and seems like it is mostly mulch and peat moss. Filled with weeds and shreds of plastic. Was so disappointed, plants barely grow in it. Have had a good experience with ordering gravel, pebbles, and screening, but would not order soil from them again. Delivery service was prompt, give them credit for that.

I placed my first bulk delivery order with Super Sac recently. I received my delivery just a few days after I placed the order and although one of my three items was incorrect it was resolved very quickly. The truck dumped the material exactly where I wanted it. The manure and mulch appear to be good quality. The topsoil was adequate.

Very efficient delivery on the curb, I got the garden mix (with manure ) and loom half a yard each for my backyard garden. Will probably be buying loose from them . Good quality soil, got some cucumbers and tomatoes growing, first time gardener ☺️

After reading all the wonderful ratings, I decided to go with this company. Worst mistake ever! Ordered the top soil, a female staff called me an hour later and asked if they could drop off the next day. Of course I said sure, thank you. Call back later in the day and a guy answers and says, hmm... weird I have you down for tomorrow. He said they would be there around 8:30 this morning. 10 am rolls around so I call back. Same guy answers the phone and says yes your delivery is on the truck. I wanted to be home for when they delivered but I had to leave for an appointment and I was tired of waiting and calling. Get home at 2 pm, there is the soil sitting in my driveway on THE WRONG SIDE of where I told them to put it. Needed access to my garage with my vehicle. I call back and same guy answers and I asked if someone could please come back to move it...says, I have to talk to my Supervisor. 3 strikes and your'e out pal and by that time, I am furious as I have been jerked around too many times for the same delivery. LUCKILY, the driver was still across the street and asked if it was OK. I explained the situation and what has transpired so he quickly rectified it and was very sweet, (Driver Dude, the one star belongs to you.) I am a business owner and professionals do not treat their customers as it they do not matter. NEVER again!

Delivery and timing were awesome! Joe called and texted me to confirm delivery location and time. He even switched the tarps around to make sure the stones laid better. This is my 3 year using Super Sac - bag, pick up or delivery always satisfied with their team.
