City wants picture proof that our blue bin was set back from the road ? I guess it wasn't away from the road enough since the plow destroyed it and sent my recycling over a 4 ft snowbank. Even though we plow out a spot specifically for our bins to accomodate the plow. I have to wonder why he was driving so fast to do that much damage? And does he even have any care or concern about the safety of kids in the neighborhood that are waiting for the bus or walking to school at that time?
