Building our dream home has been the most incredible experience. They really get to know your family and needs to ensure they put you in a house that will truly work for you. In the design we never felt pressured to make upgrades, and even their standard options are great quality. If there is something not right or that didn’t work out properly they go above and beyond to make it right. They ensure that there are no imperfections with any of their work. We were kept in the loop and involved in everything to do with our build, and timelines are designed to make up for issues out of their control (I.e. windows taking longer than normal, and other outside industry issues) to make sure your home is ready on the agreed upon date. All workers are extremely friendly and morale is high, they are clearly treated very well. There is not a single negative aspect to our experience, competence and professionalism is apparent at all levels. I could go on and on all day, but your best bet is to experience it yourself!

Waito Homes built our home in 2010 and has also built us three rental properties (2012, 2015, & 2017). Have only had exceptional service. They provide a large number of products and colours to select from.

The homes are very well insulated. Utility costs are extremely low. I highly recommend building your home with Waito Homes.
