My son attended this daycare for about 10 months before we had to remove him due to safety concerns with the staff. I'm posting this so that other parents may be aware of possible abuse going un-reported at this daycare. Here is a list of things that happened to my son while he was attending:

1. He was physically abused by a staff member (who now no longer works there). She physically held him down with her legs and wrapped him tightly in a blanket in an attempt to force him to nap. Other staff members witnessed this happening, but chose to keep it secret from us and allow it to continue for nearly six months before they finally told us.

2. The same staff member mentioned above administered an incorrect dose of prescription medication to our son and we were not told until several months later.

3. During his final month there, my son was repeatedly physically attacked by another child without provocation. My husband and I even witnessed several instances of this occurring (such as him being hit in the head with a metal water bottle), but when we were given reports to sign, they significantly downplayed the danger of the incidents or sometimes even blamed my son for being "in the other child's way". After complaining and asking what was being done to keep our son safe, we then started being asked to sign several "serious incident" reports against our son every day, when previously there had been none. Many of them were not actually serious in nature.

4. During his final week there, a video was posted to the daycare's app in which a staff member can be heard telling my son, "Ok, then you're not eating. I'm putting it away. I hope you know that. I'm not waiting for you." For several days leading up to this, we'd been told at pickup time that our son had "chosen not to eat that day", which was not normal for him at all.

5. A staff member admitted to giving our son "special massages" to help him sleep. After these started, we noticed a change in his behaviour for several weeks and he finally disclosed to us that the staff member massaged his whole body and had requested to touch his private parts. We pulled him out immediately and followed the appropriate channels to investigate further. We were unsatisfied with both the poorly-conducted investigation and the staff's extremely inappropriate and immature response. In the end, it was clear that it would not be safe for our son to return.

I'd recommend exercising a great deal of caution if you are considering sending your children here.

Definitely would not recommend they had multiple cases open against the daycare as well as multiple neglect cases including my daughter ending up with or stitches and no one could get the story straight and then I returned her a couple days later and she almost ended up with sepsis due to their blatant neglect. And the board will happily try and cover it up.
