Food was good! Service was fast and efficient. Seating is nice, comfy and spacious. Lots of tables available even though I've never seen a Harvey's be that busy ever. Washroom was cleaner than expected for how busy it was.Good experience, would go back just for the vibe alone ?

I visited Harvey’s today and had an outstanding experience. The man with the beard "Mohammed" who made my sandwich was incredibly professional and attentive. He asked me each time if I was satisfied with the amount of toppings, making sure everything was just right. His welcoming attitude made me feel truly valued as a customer. The service was excellent, and the sandwich was delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you for such a positive experience

I recently dined at Harvey, which is conveniently tied to Swiss Chalet, and it was a delightful experience. Our waiter was particularly impressive; she provided insightful recommendations that helped us navigate the menu with ease.

One standout was their ghost pepper sauce—it truly packed a punch and elevated our meal to a whole new level. The combination of flavors and the overall quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Some of the tables weren’t cleaned up, needs some improvement on cleaning tables

PLEASE let me rescue your plant at the counter!!! I’ve lived here for 3 years now and this plant is the saddest thing about the whole town. (I wouldn’t have paid as much attention if I wasn’t standing there for 15 minutes for a poutine while everyone in the drive-thru came and went).
Anyway, this poor plant could use a new pot with holes in the bottom, some fresh soil, and regular watering. Let’s feed the people and the plants of Petawawa and live forever.

Muhammad was so nice and so friendly. I ordered chalet fries, and turns out they don’t got em but that’s alright. Muhammad gave me normal fries and patted me on the shoulder and asked me to review him. So nice.

Charged twice for my order. One of the supervisors refused to refund the second charge without a bank statement to show proof of the extra charge.
The supervisor ( heavy set lady) Told my hubby to go to the bank and bring back a statement.
Ummm the proof is on our phone on our online banking account! If you’re taking payment from our phone and it’s legit, why wouldn’t bringing the bank statement with the second charge that was appearing on our statement not legit enough.
Hubby said he wasn’t leaving until he had a full refund and had cancelled our food order.
The worker/supervisor became irate and started to swear at my hubby telling him he wasn’t getting refund and she was calling the police.
So hubby waited in parking lot after 4 vehicles who were waiting in line behind him left to take their business somewhere else.
The large lady stepped out back to have a smoke as she continued to peer around the corner watching hubby like he was up to no good.
So he ended up calling her bluff and called the non emergency OPP line to ask if he needed to continue waiting in the parking lot. ( going to end this part here for now)
We have never been treated in such a malicious way when asking to have OUR money returned to us.
The vulgar language she chose to use at the time of discussion was very elementary for someone who is put in a position as a supervisor.
We won’t go back to this location after being treated the way we were and the next steps will be connecting with head office for this location!

I have never stopped into this Harvey's even though I am in the area all the time. They have plenty of parking and the staff were all very pleasant to deal with.

They were quick & helpful. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and topped to perfection by Mohammed.
