I’ve been coming to this butcher shop for a couple of years now, and it never disappoints. The quality of the meat is always top-notch—fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable especially Leo and Isabella. They are always ready to answer questions or give helpful cooking tips. Their service and expertise make every visit a great experience. Highly recommend this place if you want quality meats and great customer service.

Queen's Meat and Deli in New Westminster has a humble exterior, but it is a butcher shop with a business legacy dating back to 1924. This place is like a secret gem for meat lovers. It is still going strong and is supported by the community.

The workers are like meat whisperers, guiding you to the perfect cut with their expertise and friendliness. We picked up some Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak. They have the ideal cut and are full of favours. Now, supermarket meat just won't be cut anymore.

While it might cost a little extra, the unbeatable quality at Queen's Meat and Deli is worth every penny. If you want to treat your taste buds and upgrade your culinary experience, you should swing by Queen's Meat and Deli.

Top notch quality! For the price being just a little higher than some grocery store the quality is far superior. The pepperoni is so good too and a great price!

Oh and to the person complaining about the Lime bike station. Leaving negative comments to a local business because of some crappy US company...not cool! I wouldn't want that garbage in front of mu business either. #SupportLocal

We’ve been loyal customers at Queen’s meat up until recently. And absolutely not going back after today. For the last 5 years we’ve been going pretty much every weekend to buy steaks, specifically bone in ribeyes (rib chop), so our weekly spend is anywhere between $100-120. Times that by 52 and for the last 5 years you can see we’re regulars. Prior to this year everytime we visited the staff were always friendly and mostly remembering us by name and knew exactly what we came in for. For the last 8 months we notice a decline in service, quality and availability of items we want. From time to time we would go and would be told that they had the meat we want at the back but no one there could use the meat cutting machine. Ok we get it, but for the last 4 times we’ve gone they did not have the rib chops available and were absolutely unapologetic about disappointing their customer. I was either asked to come back in a couple days when they will have items back in stock or the most recent excuse was it’s an hour before closing there’s one rib chop available in the case and we can’t cut you another one. I’ve been to other meat shops in the area and even 15mins before closing there’s staff there would either suggest another item or turn on the cutter to get us the cut we want. 4 times in a row in the last couple months to not have a popular cut of meat is unreasonable. I do not feel valued as a customer especially shopping there weekly for the last 5 years. We will gladly take our business elsewhere!

Best Butcher in Metro Vancouver

We’ve been buying our meats from Queen’s since about 1999. It's a perfect combination of great quality and prices, with an old butcher shop setting. Florin and his staff are kind, responsive, helpful and we always leave with what we want. Florin has much info on how to prepare the cuts as well, which is very helpful.

Highly recommend supporting this wonderful small business in Queen’s Park.

Incredible quality across the board. The beef steaks are restaurant-quality – better than most steakhouses I’ve been to. You can tell a lot of thought and craftsmanship goes into everything here, especially the sausages. The steaks are top-notch – always fresh and perfectly marbled. I picked up a charcuterie board for a party and everyone raved about it. Worth every penny. 😋😋😋
