Management & staff were eager to resolve a small mishap I experienced. I truly can't say enough positive things about their business 🙌 they support local farmers while making use of as much of the animal as possible. Purchased an offal bone broth (organ bone broth) and I'm excited to incorporate it into a couple recipes. It may seem pricey at first glance but it's difficult to find quality, sustainable meat these days so I'm more than happy to pay the difference. Looking forward to supporting their business in the future!

This is the best local butcher around, the staff is absolutely amazing and there to help every step of the way. They go above and beyond, listening to input that customers suggest and bring in new items at request. The quality is top notch and you can truly taste the difference. Meat. What does it mean to you? To me, it means a lot more than what goes between my two whole wheat buns, Meat is an experience, and the little butcher is an amusement park, when I walked into the little butcher, my first question was “hey, where’s the bathroom” to which they told me “sorry we don’t have one for the customers” it was then, I saw the large variety of meaty goodness stocking the case, and thought to myself “Mmmm papa want a steaky!” To which I then said “Mmmm papa want a steaky!!!!!” The lovely employee, Talia replied “what?” To which I said, “sorry, meat gets me going” she said, “Ok sir, what kind of steak would you like?” A glimmer of hope fills my eye (YES I only have one eye, DO NOT ASK.) I had never been to a butcher shop that had multiple choices for steak, I was bewitched by the large variety of selection, the TLB had offered, I went home with 13 ribeyes and one club sandwich. I will never forget the little butcher, and all it has done for me and my husbands marriage
