I paid almost $44 for this cartridge and a pre-roll. As you can see, the cartridge is still completely full—I bought it just last night and only took one hit. Right away, I got a really bad headache.
When I went back to the store to speak with the manager, I expected some concern for their customers. Instead, I was told that I “don’t know about liquid diamonds” and that the color is supposed to be this dark. Anyone familiar with cartridges knows that a dark color usually means the product is old, and the dark spot on top is a clear sign of damage.
I do not recommend this place. They sell old
expired products and refuse to accept returns, even when the product is essentially unused

Ash is really sweet, always ask if I need anything else. Everyone here is pretty nice, but Ash should be a manager soon. She has very good customer service skills

I went by One Plant last night it’s such a beautiful, organized, clean store. Customer service was incredible! Tina helped me. I don’t really know the ins and outs of this type of product. I explained I wanted something for sleep and body pain. Tina brought out 3 suggestions she is fully knowledgable and helped me make the correct decision. Thank you for all your help Tina.
