Custom falling was excellent! We had a small [9 to 10 m] deciduous tree to be cut down in our backyard. I called several local Tree service companies, but kept getting the runaround [not replying for 5 to 7 days, showing up for estimates three hours after they said they would, Not responding to text or phone calls].
Tim from custom falling, on the other hand, responded promptly and gave me a realistic timeframe. He was on time for the quote visit, and gave me a very fair price for the job. He was also very pleasant and professional to deal with. His colleague, Rod, who came out to cut the tree down did so very professionally and competently, and was very cheerful and pleasant to boot.
I would highly, highly recommend this company for anyone needing yard or tree service! Thanks again!

Tim's team did an amazing job thinning out and removing large troublesome branches from several fir trees on our property. Even moved up our appointment date to accommodate trades workers coming in to do outside renos on our home. His team were very friendly, professional and thoroughly cleaned up and removed all branches and debris. Definitely recommend Custom Falling and will book again for future tree services.

Tim and his crew did an amazing job of removing two old, dead oak trees (about 40 feet tall) from our backyard. The access was difficult with one tree being right above power lines to the house. Everything went smoothly, fast and efficient. Couldn't have been more pleased!

Tim and his team did a wonderful job for us! We had a couple large trees at the top of a cliff which they took care of with ease. They also helped us with a couple smaller trees and a significant amount of ivy. They were great to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

Tim’s Custom Falling Tree Service Crew did a fantastic job of trimming and pruning our trees.
They were very punctually when they said they would arrive. Was very impressed at the cleanup when they finished cleaning up our front yard. Had 3 quotes and Tim quote from Custom Falling was the best price by far. Would highly recommend this company for any tree service.👍

Tim and his crew were fantastic! We needed some large laurel trees removed from close to our house and then a huge section of a laurel hedge "forest" hard pruned. His communication about the work and likely cost was clear. His guys showed up when they said they would, the work was completed quickly and the finished job was exactly as I had wanted. The cost was really good value for the quality of work. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks again guys!

I got Custom Falling tree service through a referral. I am very pleased I used this company!
Tim showed up exactly as arranged to provide quote. He even pointed out a nuisance tree touching the power line that was missed when obtaining permit! Once the work was initiated, it was completed in a day instead of day and half, as he brought along an extra worker! As some of the trees were danger trees, very close to building, it was not an easy job. Great value as well ....
Living on a wooded rural property, I will be pleased to use this company for any future needs.
