Amazing experience at the ranch! Megan and Rob are so welcoming and genuine. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and willingly shared their lessons learned, the resources they have relied on (including giving us a glimpse into their personal library and home) and what got them to this idyllic place. Their love of the outdoors, sourcing real food and living off the land was nothing short of inspiring. Everything from the tour of the chicken coop and garden to berry picking, ranch razzies and brunch with all fresh ingredients was amazing.

Such a lovely place with amazing hosts. Our family loved visiting at the beginning of July and were fascinated exploring. The chickens were definitely a highlight! The weekly fresh produce to go is delicious and presented so nicely that it would be a fun gift to give if I could resist using it all myself. Nothing beats the taste of fresh produce from the garden…unless of course it’s the food Megan has prepared using it.

Megan and Rob are wonderful hosts and any experience here is bound to be a great one.

What a wonderful experience. Megan and Rob are gracious hosts and their property is an absolute sanctuary. I was invited by a friend and enjoyed myself immensely. From the quaint porch, complete with a variety of beverages, to the turkeys and chickens, the garden and the raspberry patches along the vast array of trails, what a delight. I even tried Megan's frittata (I am a self proclaimed egg hater) cooked with love, in our presence, from the eggs we harvested that morning!!

What an awesome experience! The ranch is so peaceful & serene - you feel completely immersed amongst nature. I loved meeting the turkeys & chickens & learning about how they are cared for. The brunch was delicious - Megan is an excellent hostess…thank you Megan!

Spent a wonderful afternoon at Boreal Ranch
hanging out with the chickens. Boreal Ranch is a lovely setting and Megan offered us a lot of interesting facts about the chickens. This experience was certainly good for the soul. If you are in the Lac du Bonnet area, this spot is a must to check out. Can't wait to try my farm fresh eggs!!

Such a fun experience!! Megan and Rob are awesome, very welcoming and knowledgeable people. Had a visit with my kiddo who is 5 — we got to hang out with the chickens and chat about sustainable farming. Both my kiddo and I had an awesome time!

My friend, sister and I enjoyed brunch at the Ranch today. We started off with coffee with birch syrup. Delicious! After interacting with the chickens, turkeys and chicks, we collected eggs for our frittata. Then on to the garden for veggies. Megan explained everything that went into our brunch and served the signature drink that included fresh picked raspberries. Home made bread, frittata, salad with olive oil and finishing salt and yummy cukes! Lovely morning, great food, and lots of healthful information. I highly recommend spending a morning at Boreal Ranch!
