Had an awful experience with employee named Amal, he made a mistake grabbing my order then had the audacity to blame me. Not only that after grabbing what I actually wanted now 10 minutes into this normally 2 minute process, Amal told me that he could not refund the mistake he originally make and now I was stuck paying for it. Luckily there was another employee there who was competent and was able to save Amal. Coward

Definitely the best OnePlant location in Durham! The staff are always exceptional. It’s always a pleasure to deal with Azan and Abby, but truthfully everyone here is wonderful. I would shout everybody out but I don’t know all the names! Thanks for always giving me amazing service.

Was very helpful. I went in the store for some pre rolls but that type I always buy was sold out. Amal suggested another very similar type to what I was looking for and it definitely was! While standing at the register, he told me about one of their I guess weekly specials. Well, I ended up purchasing one of those too. I will be back soon! Lol
