Rude worker at the cashiers desk, I believe her name is Karen. Absolutely no respect or help towards customers, and her voice cracks way too much. Never shopping here again, until you hire better workers.

I love this place. Always got super friendly staff ready to assist and help me find the right product. They have always gone the extra mile to provide the advice needed. This is impressive because I am a local shopper mostly just picking up a few things for some domestic repairs or gardening.

Had things I needed. Got some pvc pipe for a project ... I stated it had to be cut. Instead of asking if I'd like it cut right there. A staff member told me I can cut it at home with a saw....
I went to the next guy working there and he said they can cut it at the store in the back will take them 20 seconds. Instead of me having to also buy a saw now and saw it at home.... Why didn't you offer that as the first option for me? Next time I'm going to Home Depot.

I would like to give a shoutout to MEL at Dunbar Lumber. He helped my son and I get the proper nuts and bolts for our job. He is not only very knowledgeable but very courteous and spent a considerable amount of time with us. Thank you MEL for the extraordinary service.

Went there in summer of 2023 with a couple of friends. We went there two look at the bbqs and try to find a sprinkler. The lady took offence to us saying do they have any lg bbq aka life hood barbecues. The may of thought this was the lgbtq thing I don’t really get it. The manager was nice and did help us find the sprinkler. The store got a major upgrade the staff is nice now and they will always go out of their way to help you.

We came in today to buy 90 cents worth of cotter pins. The service was absolutely above and beyond anything we would reasonably expect. The gentleman who assisted us replaced one of the pins on my shopping cart to make sure that we had the right ones. Dunbar Lumber has been our go-to place for hardware for many years. Today they reminded us why.
