Excellent company to deal with! Anyone I speak with says the same thing. They have a great reputation. I had my commercial kitchen expanded and purchased everything through them. They stand behind everything. If there's a problem, which is rare, they fix it. The salesman, Eric responds to any questions you have, even for small wares. He really knows his business. He's been selling for many years. There's no pressure. It was an informational experience on what would best suit my needs in my budget. If they don't sell what you're looking for they refer you to a reputable company setting you up with an initial phone call they make. Second to none. Trust is a huge issue for me. I wouldn't deal with anyone else.

I delt with this company years ago. The sales person wrote out an illegal contract which I wouldn't sign. The prices were misquoted, to get service to the equipment was like pulling teeth. After a number of years and a new sales person I ordered new equipment through them again....totally regret giving them another chance. Didn't get the equipment I ordered, waited weeks for thing to be corrected. I've had performance issues with almost all the equipment I bought and again getting them serviced is turning into a legal battle after waiting months for proper customer service. I have been getting the run around to the point of exaughtion. Save yourself a huge headache and find a different company !!

Was inquiring about a piece of equipment and was quoted $1500 for deliver of a freezer from Barrie!!! Ended up purchasing from Ancaster instead, shipping is $350. Big difference!
