I took part in the programming at the Hamilton Business Centre years ago and to this day I am thankful that I did. This program is invaluable to any new entrepreneur looking to fast track their success. From the one-to-one meetings to the assistance with writing a business plan, each step is designed to push you forward in the right direction. I originally signed up for the Starter Company Plus program to take advantage of the $5,000 loan. But having recently finished the program, I have to say that what I learned during the last 6 months was so much more valuable than the money. The mentorship, the networking, the training - all of it was so incredibly beneficial to me as a new business owner. The program forced me to be much more strategic about how I ran my business, including putting together a business plan and a financial forecast, challenging me take the time to truly understand the inner workings of my business and industry. I met some excellent contacts and made some great connections too. This is a fantastic program that I would highly recommend to any new business owner or entrepreneur. 10/10 would Starter Company Plus again 🙂
