Fantastic customer service. Meaghan Molnar provided help choosing and mixing custom paint colours for my new house.
They gave accurate estimates, and timely delivery for composite deck materials.
I love their garden center too. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the selection is wonderful.

Been waiting almost 2 weeks for a washer and dryer that we purchased, and was promised two Fridays ago. Where is the truck? We don’t know, and neither does the staff. How can the store manager not know when the truck comes in. Unreal staff with absolutely no clue what’s going on in this store.

Bigger than the home hardware in town, smaller than the home depot in barrhaven.

The store layout is a bit strange as others have mentioned but they converted this from a car dealership rather than knock it down and build a new warehouse. That being said they've still managed to fit in enough for all the usual isles you'd find in a rona and they have a fairly large paint section and modest appliance area as well.

They've got lumber outside but from what i was told you can't pick it up yourself it sounds like you order at the contractor desk and then drive your car over and they'll load it up for you.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful. I was only there for about 10 minutes and I got asked if I needed help at least 3 times. Maybe because I was taking all the pictures!

Overall, it's a good, clean store that should fill the gap for locals that need a quick reno trip that home hardware doesn't have.

Adam and his crew at this location were absolute life savers! I was transporting dogs on a 35 degree day, and my car air conditioning kicked it 10 minutes from my destination. With even the breeze being scorching I had to pull over to take a pit stop for air conditioning since I had a Boxer and Boston terrier which are prone to overheating. They not only let us rest in the air conditioning until the dogs cooled down, but they offered them each a water dish, and a hose down with the garden centre hose before we went on our way with an additional jug of water.
This act of kindness to and from complete strangers won’t be forgotten! I strongly recommend this Rona as well as Adam and his coworkers expertise because it’s incredibly evident that they take a personal caring interest and are willing to go above and beyond to show that. Even though we didn’t buy anything or need anything Rona-related, I’m certain they’ll take the same level of care with you on your home projects.
