Absolutely ridiculous you say an event runs to 3pm especially to see Santa. You show up and a woman works there sees you with 5 kids in tow and smiles at you and closes the doors. With 10 minutes left in the event. We drove from London to see this incredible Santa and amazing event I have been bringing my kids to for 9 years. I won't be doing it ever again. Seeing my kids cry cause they couldn't see Santa that were so excited for and planned outfits for. Absolutely ridiculous and sad. Definitely put a damper on what was suppose to be a special day for our family.
I'll be sure to spread the word on how this company really doesn't care about the kids.

Plant Variety & Quality: The variety of plants is incredible! I found everything from perennials, annuals, shrubs, trees, to houseplants. Everything looked incredibly healthy, well-cared for, and vibrant. It’s clear that they take great pride in the quality of their plants, and I’ve had great success with everything I’ve purchased here.

Knowledgeable Staff: What really sets Canadale apart is the staff. Every person I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I had quite a few questions about which plants would thrive in different areas of my garden, and they provided detailed recommendations based on my specific needs. Their expertise helped me make informed decisions, and I left feeling much more confident about my choices.

Layout & Ambiance: The nursery is beautifully laid out, making it easy to find what you're looking for while also encouraging you to explore and discover new plants you may not have considered. The setting is peaceful and serene, which makes the whole shopping experience so enjoyable. They also have plenty of outdoor décor, pots, and garden tools, so it's truly a one-stop shop for all things gardening.

Pricing: I found the pricing to be quite reasonable, especially for the high-quality plants and products they offer. They also have sales and promotions regularly, which makes it even better value.

Such an amazing experience with Canadale. I called several times asking questions, made a purchase over the phone and picked up -there were zero issues hiccups, nothing.

Staff knew what they were talking about the entire time.

Lots of parking and when walking around i noticed there prices one is the best I've found.

Super impressed with this nursery! Absolutely gorgeous in layout, variety and staff were friendly and available. I found it super helpful to have several show gardens to get ideas for layouts with paper plans you can take home. Though it is out of our way, I will definitely be going back for our garden needs in the future.

Was there on a Saturday for their Christmas workshop. The place was packed, but you hardly noticed because of the way it was run. They had reindeer outside for the children. Santa was inside. When one of the workshops finished the staff quickly cleaned up and set up for the next one. Very well organized staff. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and polite to the people who were creating their Christmas centerpieces. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
