I recently booked Shutter Story Studios to take passport photos for my newborn, and I was very impressed with their service. The owner, Joson, personally came to our home with all the necessary equipment, which was a huge relief as we weren’t comfortable taking our newborn out. We were happy to learn the studio is open daily and stays open until 9PM—super convenient! The location is easy to find with plenty of parking around the building. Joson was very professional, and the whole process of getting our passport photos was quick and efficient. The photo quality was excellent, and we really appreciated that the online copy was provided for free!

Contacted SSS for newborn passport pictures. Was able to accommodate immediately. Picture was done quickly,painlessly, and flawlessly. So much so my wife also decided to retake her PR pictures (taken elsewhere originally) then and there. Again much appreciated and thank you!

If you are looking for high-quality photos, this is the place! Shutter Stories Studio did an exceptional job when I brought my 2-month old baby in for passport photos. No appointment needed, fast professional service (4 minutes), cost effective, best value in town! Jason is very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly; also, he provided us with a digital copy for future use.

Came in today to have my passport photo done. They were quick, professional and very friendly 😊. He even used waterproof ink for the stamp on the back of the photos so it didn't smudge, which was a huge problem with my photos taken at Shoppers. Don't waste your time at any of the Shoppers locations, come here instead!
