Very nice little grocery store...farm. flowers and eggs and honey and a little gift shop. On site tenants so pls be respectful. They have a nice forest walk tour as well. Just sign in at the store.

Gorgeous facilities. Grace and Ruth were interactive,curious, and patient with our kiddos.
Kiddos.were.so.engaged as this program has evolved to a very interactive hands-on educational experience.
Such a chill, imformative field trip for all.Bring decent walking shoes, a snack,sunscreen, and your sense of wonder as u will b back to the fascination u had as an inquisitive child again.
U should go and bring the whole family and b prepared 2 b reiterated and.connected back 2 nature.

Amazing Environmental Centre!!! Love the simplicity. Such a countryside feel. The rhythm of the nature really slows you down. Welcomed "escape" from the city.

The 27 acres property is owned by a Christian Organization. Forest, river, organic gardens & heritage houses. There are families living on the property...You can hear a lunchtime bell, when staff gathers together to have a meal. So unique.

You need to book a tour, or join an event to enjoy the site. They run camps for kids, overnight retreats and educational programs for adults and families.

You can visit their cafe and farm stand - every Saturday 10-3 pm. Plenty of parking. And nice playground for kids right next to it. Sometimes they have eggs during the week. You can self-serve and put money in the "honesty box".

Their regular volunteer days are every 2nd Saturday of the month.

My daughter is taking 10 weeks of environmental studies course there. Really great!! The instructor is fantastic 😍 All hands on learning. One week they used an outdoor kitchen to prepare some veggies from the garden. Loving it.

The Campbell Valley Regional Park with a lots of trails is about 5 min drive, if you want to have a full outdoorsy Saturday Day.

A most enjoyable visit on a sleepy Friday. The coffee was very good, the shop has varied products and produce including flower bundles grown at A Rocha. Who will you meet? That is the surprise.

For those who are in love with country life, simplicity, originality, and community life visiting this place is a must. The only problematic issue might be the use mobile bathrooms
