I called to ask about the Swedish Aspens that they had listed on their website and got scolded about they are only available at a certain time. When I told him I just called because I seen them on the website he said if I read it I would have known. Then the call dropped. Nowhere on the ad it says when they are available and he website said it was posted in 2018. Glad I called before I drove there.

I called to inquire about purchasing seedlings. The individual on the phone responded very rudely, yelling at me for not knowing which trees are available during certain times of the year. A simple "No, we do not carry these trees right now" could have worked.

Only place i could find in the edmonton area that sells seedlings (1$ per seedling/ $0.85/seedling if you buy more than 1500) The guy who runs the place deals more with commercial selling of seedlings and less for the average person so is a little gruff around the edges.

Phoned today to inquire as to when they were going to be open and the guy who answered the phone was very rude . "Are you kidding me, ARE YOU KIDDING ME ! " was his response to my inquiry. I just hung up on the guy.
