I purchased most of my equipments from Abco and the owner Shawn explained everything including the schedule for refurbishment and the demonstrations. Equipments can always have issues but Shawn is an honest and responsible guy to come to your restaurant and fix everything. Now I wish to continue this partnership based on trust in a long term. I went into Abco today because I wanted to find quality kitchen equipment on my limited budget. My husband and I met with Shawn who was welcoming when he greeted us and very knowledgeable. I was so nervous about this step in my business as I am just branching out on my own. Shawn made me feel at ease and relaxed and I ended up purchasing both my commercial and hand washing sinks there. The is the place to go to when you are in need of restaurant equipment. The owner asks the right questions to make sure you are getting the right equipment. I needed a panini grill and before the owner let me take it, he said you should check the outlet connection. It turned out i did not have the right connection and it would have been costly to fix. Most people will let you take a product just to make a sell. The owner says he rather have a happy customer than one who is upset. The owner cares about the customer which is important in this very competitive business.
