We were impressed with the professionalism, quality, and whole experience with the team at Absolute. We upgraded a retaining wall, added a granite tread staircase, prepared 3 patios for flagstone and cleaned up some landscaping and gardens around the property.

Jason took time to visit our property, understand our expectations, budget, and any hesitations early in the process, while his team (Corey and Matt) delivered exceptional results and were great personalities to have around. Pricing was fair, communication was good, and they were able to get our project done earlier than expected which we really appreciated!

Beautiful Walkway & Excellent Service!
Our family recently hired Absolute Landscaping to design and install a stone walkway in our front yard, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, the team was professional, punctual, and easy to communicate with. A 5-star rating is a huge understatement for how unbelievable it was to work with Jason and Cory on a stone front walkway for our home.

We were in the midst of the experience every homeowner dreads: we had hired a contractor who completely botched the job. Poor grading, improper watershed, unstable alignment...you name it.

Before allowing this contractor to finalize the job, we threw a Hail Mary to Absolute Landscaping, and despite being in the middle of a large job, Jason drove over to give us an expert 2nd opinion.

No sooner had he confirmed our worst fears about all the issues with the walkway, however, did he offer to make time in his schedule to put things to rights. Within just 30 minutes speaking to him, he showed more professionalism, empathy, and expertise than our previous contractor did in 3 weeks.

Flash forward to job itself: Jason sent out Cory as soon as time in their schedule allowed to do the stone work, and it's not an exaggeration to say that I don't think we've met a more kind, skilled, and fantastic craftsperson before. Cory worked expeditiously to fix the walkway, communicating with us every step of the way about what measures he was taking and why, and went far above and beyond the call of duty to put us at ease.

I've attached pictures of the "Before" and "After", but even they don't do justice to how amazing the experience with Jason and Cory was. For weeks after the botched job, we felt legitimately worse about living in our own home, and worried we had made a mistake we would regret for years to come. Now, we find ourselves peeking out the front door multiple times a day just to admire our new walkway!

Please, if you are considering any stone work in Bracebridge (or any landscaping work at all for that matter), do yourselves a favour: skip the headache of going anywhere else, and reach out to Absolute Landscaping right away instead. You'll be glad you did!
