I would give zero stars if I could.
Access is an absolute nightmare to deal with compared to Sunova. They cannot manage any request in house, everything has to go to Winnipeg for a decision to be made. Save yourself the headache, bank with RBC right next door.

Worst switch ever. I hate it. I miss sunova. I miss being able to call the branch directly and talking to the people I grew up with and know me. Now when I call I have to wait for a call back because I'm 80th in a call queue. I can't go back to see my transactions from sunova days. This was my first bank account ever and I'm sad to say I'll be closing my account.
