Bought HPB from this store and Van Beek's Garden Supplies.
Van Beek's size is almost double, costs $4.85 each. Agram is so small, but $8.97 each. Quality are same.
Both are in Oakville, 18.3KM away.

Wanted to support local business, but their prices are twice as high as local competitors from the area. In addition, the senior employee at the counter was rude and offensive. Not worth the cost!

Amazing service. Reasonable priced Christmas Trees. Half price of Sheridan Gardens. People are so pleasant and nice and genuine. Real diamond in rough of a place.

To start off, Agram Garden Centre houses some of the most interesting people i have ever met in my life. Steve has such a unique personality. Paul is an intelligent person. The owners are wise. The cashiers are kind and the yard employees are determined and helpful workers. If you come to Agram Garden Centre in a good mood, you will leave in an even better mood.

The service here is very good. They will do their absolute best to make the worst situations work. This will be a place to remember for a long time.

I went to the garden centre and ordered stones. The manager said it would be ready for pickup the next day. I showed up the following day and the stones were not ready.
Later we returned to buy a few more stones and were rudely told to come back after they had lunch, but noticed assistance being given to a delivery person. We were going to leave when someone decided to assist us probably out of guilt for the rude reaction we received from the manager.
They have a good variety of stones, but the customer service from the person that appears to be the manager needs to improve.
I am one that will always pay more for better service and there are many other competitors in the surrounding area that sell the same things, so there is no reason for me to return to this location ever again.

I made a few trips here for polymeric sand and overall the experience was great. Pricing was great and items in stock. The staff are a little rough around the edge which could be the reason for some of the other reviews.

Last weekend, I bought some sod for my front yard project, in anticipation of a thunderstorm and lots of rain. Instead, the heat wave setting turned that poor lawn yellow in less than 24 hours. I rushed asking for help, and without hesitation Steve sent me replacement for all the pieces, delivered to the driveway. I was beyond impressed. Every time I go, I learn something, get advice, and find exactly what I need and at amazing prices. Thank you all for helping us cope with this pandemic and for staying open.

Unfriendly and defensive.

Don't waste your money or time here. Rude old people who aren't looking for return business. Just want to make a couple bucks off you, make you a sucker and keep your money.

Won't go back, won't waste any more money here. Definately refer everybody away. You should do the same .

Don't be the next fool. I warned you.

I try to avoid big box stores too and buy Canadian... They are way more expensive and the quality is awful.

Service is the worst. Mom and pop are surly as heck.
