Really disappointing experience with this location. Took a whipper snipper in to be serviced, charged a substantial diagnostic fee to be told it wasn't worth fixing. Friend fixed same whipper snipper in an hour with a negligble parts cost. Messaged head office of my concerns and there was no response.

My husband and I dealt with Paul. He was very fast at responding back to my emails. I initially sent a request in via Facebook messenger and shortly after Paul had reached out. He answered all my questions and even stayed late after work one evening to meet with us. We purchased out very first NEW Lawnmower and we love it. We will be back and we can't wait to pick it up in a week. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF AGRITERRA before... I seen ad on facebook and I am sure glad I seen it. Paul was the only sales guy out of John Deere, Kubota and a few others to not try and over sell us on stuff we did not need. I highly recommend Paul and Agriterra. Thank you! Can't wait to purchase more in the future.

The parts person was busy on the computer and although nobody was in the store in the dead of winter she made me wait several minutes. When she finally attended to me she charged more for the oil I wanted than the price that it was listed for on the self. I questioned this and was told it’s the old price and the new price was higher. It wasn’t until I paid for the oil that I noticed a date code on the jug that said 2020 but now it’s 2024? So I paid the brand new pricing for four year old oil and the parts person could not see a problem with this? This reminded me of the brand new $5900 mower that I bought from their salesman Paul the year before and only got one key for it.
If you need to save the pennies so badly you can keep the my change but don’t expect a good review to follow. I won’t be back.

I very rarely give a 5 star review of anything because I like to leave room at the top. It can always get better. After a P poor experience with the other Agco dealership I wasn't expecting much when I contacted these guys but the service they gave me was as good as it could get. They supplied a part I couldn't even find on the internet to me in 1 day. I was happy they could find it at all.

Read this! I took a pressure washer to this location and they said they can test it, make sure everything is good with it and should get it back within the week. 2 weeks later I don't hear anything so I decided to call. The kid that was upfront told me that they couldn't test it because of water pressure issues but told me they had another location to get it done and they didn't have the wand so they couldn't even test it. When I previously dropped it off, I asked if they needed the wand. They confirmed no but unfortunately I said get it done, I need it. 1 week later, not being done. I call the owner to let him know about the misccomunication and false promises. I am a contractor so I am in the midst of trying to set up an account. He told me "if your having problems now, why continue to use us"? He said he will call me to check in, you think I got a call? With a owner not confident on small local promises but more focused on opening other franchises. He's too distracted! Local guys feed your industry!

There's other outfitters that will take care of you way better than these guys. You just lost a big commercial account!

Was having problems with my Stihl chainsaw, powering out, not idling properly. Was fixed very quickly and now runs perfectly. Cost was very little. Recommend very highly.
