I visited the shop around 6pm. One customer was already waiting and it seemed the shop was out of most meat varieties. Only a few chicken wings and some marinated mince were on display, with 10 empty trays.🙄
Despite two staff members being present, no one greeted me or the customer who arrived after me. 🫤The cashier's side was unattended, which was disappointing. After 10 minutes of waiting in silence, another customer asked if I had placed my order. This prompted one of the staff to finally say he would take my order.
When it was my turn, no one mentioned the prices per pound. The presentation and display were extremely poor.😖 For my two items, they weighed one and told me it was "more" without giving a price. 😶The second item came from the back with no rate or weight disclosed, was chopped, labeled, and bagged without any information on expiration date or price per pound. 🥺

Additionally, there were no price tags on items at the cash counter, such as juice.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I am not planning to do shopping from this shop anytime soon 👎

This shop was my weekly go to until last week. They have raised their prices to ridiculous rates. The beef that I got was all bones and nothing else. Very disappointed. Its unfortunate but I’ve stopped going to this store.
