I highly recommend this company! I placed an order of live fingerlings to be delivered overnight to Ontario last week. The shipping company, UPS, had a delay and the shipment was a day late. If you know about shipping live fish, this is not a good outcome for the fish, or for myself. Alberta Tilapia Aquiponic's informed me the shipment would be late and offered to replace my entire order for free! I received that order today safe and sound! Thank you Alberta Tilapia Aquaponic's! You're the best! 😊

Fantastic guy to deal with! Willing to answer any and all questions. Great packaging even in the middle of winter.
We encountered a delay in shipping and Gerrit was on the ball; he had more fish seperated and ready to ship before we even knew the outcome of the first batch!
