Best veterinary clinic I've had experience with. The staff is friendly and communicative, the vets are patient and thorough with all of my questions, and the whole team is really down-to-earth and straightforward when we've needed advice on whether to do different treatments for our little guy.

Been a client and neighbour and intermittent staff since 2013. I trust this team with everything from preventive care, routine care, surgery, and end of life decisions and euthanasia appointments. They always have great advice and have made excellent recommendations for all my pets through all ages and stages of life. Most recently my sweet Phil had a sudden and horrific episode of diarrhea. They came to the rescue by identifying the problem quickly and recommending a thorough and thoughtful treatment plan and products that worked like a charm! If you’ve experienced pet diarrhea you can relate to my enthusiasm for how quickly they were able to resolve the uncontrollable mess. When it came to neuter and pre existing hernia repair they exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to accommodate Phil’s special needs. We did test a suspicious bump on his head and unfortunately it came back as low grade cancer. They swiftly took action and recommended a treatment plan and ways to monitor him throughout his life for recurrence. I feel supported managing a complex, high needs dog. 10/10 recommended. I can’t thank them enough. On a personal note, I must thank them for being so kind to my son and explaining medical procedures to him in a child friendly way. He is confident our pets are in good hands with Team Aldergrove.

I reached out to Aldergrove Animal Hospital recently with concerns about my dog, and they were so quick to call me with an earlier appointment for him. As it turns out, he improved on his own and we ended up canceling the appointment. The staff here is clearly wonderful and cares about their patients— existing patients and new ones! If my dog needs to be seen by a vet in the future, I’ll definitely be taking him here. They also have taken wonderful care of my mom’s dogs!

I’m so happy I chose to take my dog to this clinic. We inherited a lovely cavalier King Charles spaniel from our late grandma. Along with a stunning personality she also came with severe dental problems. Dr.Tanya made absolutely sure that our girl was clear for surgery and took the utmost care in insuring her health and safety even with. Pre-existing heart murmur.. She also took the time the explain exactly what was needed for her dental treatment and why. She called right after surgery and informed me what had been done and reassured me that she made her decisions as if it were her own dog. Our girl is recovering well after many extractions and we hope to have many years with her knowing that the clinic will help us monitor her heart murmur and any other concerns that may arise. I was happy with the quote we received and was not charged more than I was expecting. Lovely, lovely clinic from reception to surgery. I couldn’t ask for more from a veterinarian.

Very knowledgeable, caring Doctor and staff. I have tried Country Grove and Murrayville Vets and had unfavorable experiences at both so thought I would try the Aldergrove Animal Hospital. I was very happy with our visit. Our Doctors name was Erica and was nothing short of fantastic. Honest, extremely personable and never asked to upsell to any procedures that were not required. A lovely person to deal with. Thank you Aldergrove Animal Hospital, you have a new customer for the rest of my pets lifetime😊

It's taken me a little bit to be able to write this, but I just want to say an immense thank you to all the staff that was there the day I had to say goodbye to my goodest of boys. It was an immensely challenging day, but the compassion and care that I was shown by everyone that day is something I will never forget. I just want you all to know that you made a difference and I appreciate you all so incredibly much.

This is an incredible clinic/animal hospital, and I would recommend it time and time again. The staff and Doctors are knowledgeable and really care.

I'm new to BC and had an awesome trip to the vet for my cat's annual wellness exam and bloodwork. My appointment started on time, they were so thorough checking over Finny, and even offered to email me the test results when they were ready. The online appointment booking made setting the appointment really easy too. Would totally recommend this clinic to friends and family.
