I am the House Chairperson (Building caretaker) for my local branch of the Royal Canadian Legion. We have now purchased four coolers from Ancaster Food Equipment. The level of customer service has been great. They have always accommodated the fact that our building is not open all the time and is run by volunteers. When we had an issue with one cooler's compressor under warranty, the new one was ordered within an hour of them receiving the diagnosis from the technician.

These guys were great to deal with.
Best part was there was a broken spring in one of the doors and the came out and fixed it no questions asked, which was really nice because I expected to have to fight to get this done.
I will be buying equipment form them again.

This is an update to respond to the owners comment. I’m not sure why you think my name is ‘Nick’, I am not.

My comments are justified as I am a husband of someone who has purchased equipment from your company multiple times. The sales rep treated my wife like she was the issue, constantly talking down to her like my wife was the problem. In the end my wife paid more for a two door freezer than a three door due to your “very hidden fees”.

Terrible communication within the front office and terrible sales reps.

Delivery drivers were great though
