This is my favorite No Frills, the staff are always nice and helpful. Produce is always fresh, love the random sale deals too, yesterday they had .99 chicken nuggets and .25 soup! Great selection, I can always find what I need and the PC points sure add up, make sure you get your membership card!

We typically don’t shop here, but decided to see what was for sale today - everything was great until we got to the till which was an absolute nightmare - all tills were quite lined up with only three open it made for quite the line up. Our cashier allowed a man come in front of us to deal with a complaint on their prices and wanted a refund on items he bought a month ago. Instead of dealing with the line she felt this was more important. And had everyone waiting. She called a manager over whom took quite a while to get there. Wouldn’t ring us through and have the other man wait for the manager. We were in line for a good 15 minutes before our items were rang through - we didnt even shop for that long. Her and the manager went back and forth with the man for quite a while until she finally started to ring our groceries in. We complained and were pretty much told “well too bad I have to deal with this” no frills needs a customer service desk for this reason alone instead of just allowing people to stop lines for their issues. Cashier Margaret was quite snotty and rude when we left - and we did say how inconsiderate this was and I was met by a death glare as I was leaving the store from her. Won’t be back as the flack from the cashier alone was very distasteful. I’ve worked in grocery stores and retail this is not how you treat people.

I frequent this store quite often they have great prices on quality products , the store is big and bright not to mention clean and staff is all very nice and and know the store very well.
You know what sucks the parking and parking lot itself suck the big one . Somebody please hold these people accountable for that mess!!!

Fruit has always sucked peach pits but staff are soooo amazing luv going there they rock
But if u see a rotting peach get rid of it
But everything else is great
Thank u staff for always always making it a fantastic experience
If I ever win the lottery you guys are my 2nd stop after the orphanages

Usually I buy my laundry detergent strips online but I noticed No Frills sold them as well. I prefer to buy local and they were on sale so that worked out. I walked up en down the aisle multiple times but couldn’t find them. I went over to another aisle and a very nice lady named Rose assisted me. She went to the office to check on the delivery date, at that time she found out the strips were already in the store. She returned from the office and pointed the item out. I apologized to her and felt a bit embarrassed. Extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you Rose, hope your employer appreciates you as much as I do. Kind regards. Lianne

I switched to High River No Frills from Okotoks. A little out of the way but so much friendlier (see my review on Okotoks), cleaner and more organized. Never going back to Okotoks No Frills. Ever.

Store was super clean and costs for items were not bad at all. Could have at least told the cashiers to smile or at least not complain about the jobs while customers are going through the line.
