Walked in this morning and a lovely woman assisted me put together a small & beautiful bouquet. She even tried to use black as much as possible when she found out my wife’s fav colour. Great, quick service and beautiful flowers. Definitely made my wife smile.

I had such a wonderful experience the other day, I was coming into create a centrepiece for a birthday dinner. The flower selection was so pretty. I put the bouquet together at home on my own, and thankfully, I was given the bucket to borrow to get them all the way back to our house. It’s true small town hospitality! Thank you so much! 💐

Thank you so much! I called to place an order for a friend who needs some support, I'm out of the country so can't be there in person. I didn't know what I wanted other than "love and cheer" so the person who took my order helped by asking some questions (basket, vase, cut) (how much to spend) (any fav flowers)...I gave a budget and said "I trust you". My friend messaged me today, she's thrilled. I'm so happy I called Ann-Lynn, and they absolutely earned my trust.

Do not even bother, tried to order an arrangement for my grandmas birthday and it let me place the order and then they did not deliver it the day they said that it was going to be online. I do understand that it was a holiday however if it couldn't be delivered they should have called to let me know. I placed the order on Friday, to be delivered Monday and they could have contacted me Saturday if they were unable to deliver it. (They are open Saturday) I called today to confirm if they would send them and she told me she'd call me back and she never did. I reached back out and she told me she cancelled it and tried to call which they never did, they also said they emailed me and I received no emails. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. Go to rain florist in Gibsons instead! They also deliver to sechelt! They are so kind and lovely and helped me right away. Don't go here you'll be full of disappointment.

Update to their response of me lying. Multiple people heard our conversation as I had you on speaker and also said how unbelievably rude you are. My phone has full service and was on all day and I had 0 voicemails or emails from you and funny how I got a confirmation email but not a cancellation one. You're disgustingly unprofessional and probably won't stay in business the way you run things !

Ordered the Magical Memories corsage and boutineer for my senior prom with a week and a half in advance. Absolutely stunning! I asked for the corsage to be able to be pinned on, as my date doesn't like things on their wrist. Unfortunately something got mixed up so it was made for the wrist, but they were incredibly helpful and caring when finding a solution!

Overall, service is 10/10, they wished us a safe and fun night, and everyone thought the arrangements were beautiful. Highly recommend!
