These townhomes are horrible. The windows (even on the top floors) have NO screens, posing a SERIOUS safety hazard, especially if you have children. The fences are about ready to fall down (I had to bungee cord my fence together, requests to have it fixed went ignored). When I was given possession of my unit, there were missing closet doors, missing light fixture covers, the ENTIRE PLACE was painted dark indigo blue, my bedroom was black, and the kitchen was as dark brown as you could possibly go. I was told the walls would be painted a neutral color before I moved in, didn't happen. It was my first time having my own place, and the woman running the co op took full advantage of that. The previous tenant had left a TON of stuff that I had to dispose of at the dump at my own cost. Holes in the walls that needed to be puttied, it was literally a disaster. Would absolutely not recommend anyone apply here.

This place was horrible when I lived there years ago. Fences were falling down, no screens in windows which was a HUGE hazard, especially with small children. When I was given the unit, the lights didn't have covers on them and the unit had not been painted. My ENTIRE place was NAVY BLUE, the bedroom was BLACK and my bathroom was DARK BROWN WITH A BABY BLUE CEILING. Absolutely horrible and I had to paint it at my expense. Steer clear.
