Hi, I bought SaltFish Bits from a local Asian Market and Today I wanted to cook it but I found a piece of Styrofoam inside of the package... How is this possible? This is a safety hazard and very unsanitary!!! I'm very disappointed and disgusted.. Unacceptable

Bought a Few Packs of Saltfish from these guys and honestly feel there’s something up to what they’re selling. I’ve did a experiment to see if it was a bad pack of salt fish or what so I bought few different brands to also compare too like (Seal Island & Marshall’s salt fish) when you cook this brand, it gives off a utterly FOUL smell makes you believe it’s not Cod fish they’re selling. Fish tends to be EXTREMELY RUBBERY then other brand competitors. I can go on but I don’t think what they’re selling is honestly safe or better words… any good quality.

No customer service skills, products are low quality. John the owner feels like he is on top the world because his products are in the Big box stores. Continue treating you base customers like garbage and your business WILL fail.

You guy are not professional at all come what may no matter the money you have or have made that doesn’t give you the right to treat your customers like trash. I have been calling your office line for months now the voicemail is full and when you leave call back number no one will call you back. I was at your office since pass 8 am knocking and calling till 10:32 am no one answer me what a shame.That is the worst service I have ever seen all my life.

Recently bought a 5lbs bucket of cured bone in beef navel when I opened the bucket i was completly shocked. The bucket was full of fat I have no idea how appleton foods could even pack a bucket of fat and ship out to be sold for human consumption. Definitely don't recommend them at all it was a complete waste of my money. (images posted) I really wish they had an email or website I am so dissapointed.

I think it’s not fair that they’re not selling to public but selling to retail. We aren’t able to get the amount of food that we need. Why aren’t maple chicken and other food areas not closing like them.
