Aqua Irrigation have done a total overhaul of my irrigation, and a couple of years of servicing, winterising and spring starts, and remain one of the best local companies to deal with - consistently reliable, quick to respond, flexible with scheduling, clear invoicing with easy online payment and great value. From the initial phone call to the on-site service, every team member was professional, informative, honest and friendly. Teala was thorough on the phone, getting as much detail as possible about my problem, and advising me on costs, and was great at getting me an appointment on short notice. The technician, Bryce, was excellent. On time, efficient, knowledgeable, very personable (funny as heck!) and had practical and sound advice for me. Very happy with the service I got, and definitely will use them again I highly recommend Aqua Irrigation Systems and this outstanding crew. 👍

These guys are prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable. The technicians are personable, funny even - and the office staff is sensational. Today they helped us out in a pinch when the key to the irrigation panel covers went missing - in the thirsty heat of deep spring. A quick pop into a courier envelope (from Saanichton to 'distant' Sooke) and crisis averted. Props to Teala, Jon, Bryce, Kristen and everyone else at Aqua!
