We ordered several plants and are absolutely delighted with the quality and speed which they arrived. As you can see, they are healthy, we even have some leftover and may purchase another tank & Betta fish.

Communication was excellent and they went so far as to help me rectify an error and partially refund shipping cost. I found them to be very polite and responsive to our queries.

Packaging was top notch. Plants were well organized, labeled and very healthy. We will happily make them our only go to for all future plants. Thank you!

I would like to share my experience with other people who may want to order live plants from this place. I ordered one Cabomba frucata in March and I received the package 11 days after. When I got the package, the plant was dead turning into a mushy unrecognizable material. When I contacted them and asked them about the poor quality packaging, lack of heating pad and such a lengthy transportation, the response was that the package was delivered within their 2-6 business days standard. I didn't even ask for refund or credit. I just wanted their acknowledgment of the fact that they shouldn't have used such a mailing method that take so long, and that the packaging was not up to the acceptable standards. I have been in this hobby for more than 20 years and never seen such unprofessional company. Hope this helps other fellow hobbysts.

Tried to find this place but couldn’t and when I got to this address it just looked sketchy with a ton of cameras and no trespassing signs…even called with no call back. I was looking for pond plants and fish…very disappointed ☹️
