From time of quote to time of tree removal process was very easy, was very pleased to see such good teamwork amongst the workers from Boom truck to ground crew clearing up ,shredding branches, they did awsome cleanup of 2 trees in powerlines to getting down to just the stump which we chose to leave in ground. Our 3rd tree in back was trimmed to let in more light and cleaned up . Very professional in all aspects. Definitly recommend this crew of professional arbourists and reasonable in price for both jobs. Thankyou for leaving nothing undone.

Had Arbor Plant Health Care on our property removing dead trees and hanging branches from our property. I dealt with Kirk Sweet, Ops Manager; Andrea Parker, Office Manager; Matt (inoculated my elm trees) and Fraser and Seth, “boots-on-the-ground men” who did the heavy lifting. They are all extremely customer service oriented! Their quotes are what you would expect for this kind of work, and they are detailed but not pushy when providing information. The office is busy but Andrea runs it like a well-oiled machine. She is organized, understands the business and has strong communication skills. If she doesn’t know the answer, she knows who to ask. Matt, Fraser and Seth are some of the kindest, knowledgeable, hardest working, and easy-to-talk-to laborers I have ever met. Their job is top drawer, and they will take a few extra minutes to answer your questions about your shrubs and trees. So happy we chose Arbor for our tree maintenance and disposal!!

Arbor Plant Health Care always does an amazing job. Prompt, courteous, skilled, friendly. On our lot with many mature trees, they have done a great job over the years with clearing fallen trees, taking out dead wood and diseased trees, and trimming back overhanging branches. We have used Arbor Plant Health Care on 3 occasions. The latest was April 4, 2025. They removed a very large old maple and another smaller one from our back yard. The people at Arbor are very knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. They used safety equipment and protocols at all times.
