I recently hired Arbor Solutions to complete a "25% reduction" to my mature Ash tree and I am very pleased with their work. From start to finish, the whole process was easy and stress-free. They provided a clear explanation of the reduction process and kept me informed throughout the job.

Crew member Josh and his team showed up on time for the appointment and were professional and polite. The reduction itself was done with care and attention to detail, resulting in a healthier and safer tree. My tree looks much better now thanks to their expertise.

I was absolutely thrilled with the work that Arbor Solutions did for me. I have a very large cherry tree which suddenly dropped a large limb. I was concerned that the much loved tree was no longer healthy. I was able to make contact with this company and they quickly came out to assess the safety of the tree. Then after confirming that the tree was viable an appointment was set up and an amazing team came out to deal with the limb and trim the whole tree. What a knowledgeable friendly and enthusiastic pair. Josh was able to come up with a plan for the tree and was willing to speak to concerned neighbours to alleviate any worries. Arobor Solutions cut down to grade three Rose of Sharon trees. I was quoted by another service and was priced higher for ONE tree, while Arbor came in at just under and took care of all three. They were professional and worked very quickly. They cleaned up the area very well after they were done. Highly recommend!! I am so pleased with their service.

I had a wonderful experience with Paul, Stephen and some other crew members at Arbor Solutions. I contacted multiple arborists and tree services in the Surrey/Langley area for an estimate on some tree trimming and pruning, and Arbor Solutions was by far the most responsive and reasonably priced. I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with. Our property is looking great and we plan on having them back yearly for tree pruning. On 2 different occasions we had Steven and his crew remove very large trees from our yard. They were taken down carefully piece by piece with rope to make sure no damage was done to the our home or landscaping.
All logs and branches were taken away and upon finishing the area's were cleaned up before leaving. Strongly recommend using their service.

A difficult situation with neighbor's tree branches growing over into our yard. Josh was excellent with trimming and pruning the neighbors trees, as per the neighbors request. I liked how he addressed both me and the neighbor regarding the removal of the branches. It was difficult for the neighbor to see his tree branches removed, but Josh patiently talked to him and was able to calm him down. They cleaned up all the branches and removed them. Steve, their other arborist also really knew his trees and was specially amazing to work with. I definitely would give them a 9+ and yes, I would hire them again. Darlene

Dani and Mike arrived on time and did a great job pruning branches overhanging onto our property from two trees in two neighbors' yards. Efficient, with explanations as they proceeded, no damage to fences, shrubs or buildings close by, and good cleanup of the branches and debris.
