The crew that trimmed our very large red maple was efficient and answered any questions in an understandable friendly manner. I would recommend ArborW oks without any hesitation

Great job in the back yard. Horrible in the front. Against my specific instructions which were set out in writing in the estimate, they decimated several maple and cedar trees leaving ugly bare spots and exposing us to the neighbour’s yard and decks.
They then sent their representative, the guy who did the tree stripping against written instructions. around to discuss it. He was rude and insulting.
They offered me a 10% discount. It would have cost thousands to rehabilitate and cover the stripped area.
Enough said. I just want to forget a very bad experience.

I had 4 large stumps removed from beside my driveway to increase the turn around area for cars and also to improve the appearance of the area. A large excavator was used as grinding the stumps was not an option given the rock boulders in the area.
The 2 man crew were pleasant to work with and left the area nicely graded and clean when they left.
I have no complaints and would recommend this company to my friends.

My husband and I are very happy with the results from the work that the ArborWorks Tree Service in North Bay did on our oak tree. They were able to properly diagnose what the problems were and had great suggestions to what needed to be done. They were very professional and cleaned up everything during the entire job. Estimator was excellent and professional. The quote was more expensive than a competitor who I usually use but I was looking for a new company as have have had some issues with my usual choice with damage in the past so went with this more expensive option. The work was done on time and the few small issues I had they rectified. They take their reputation seriously and would not let me be anything but satisfied with their service.
