Foam Fest 5k 2024 was so much fun this year. My wife and I have done this for 3 years. Foam Fest is celebrating it's 10th anniversary, raising money for Make a Wish. Anyone can do the course as if any obsticles are to hard you can bypass them. We had a blast and look forward to next year.

This spot has more than you know! It isn’t just a petting farm with incredibly delicious gelato.. they have beautifully curated gift shop with lavender goods made in house. They often host events so be sure to check out their Instagram. They also host a location for Little Adventurers on Vancouver Island! @littleadventurers_vi

Such a beautiful and amazing place run by great local business owners who put so much care in what they do! Come out and grab a latte from the Italian coffee shop, gorgeous hand crafted items made from lavender they harvest at the farm, and then watch the skydivers land in one of their fields. If that's not enough, enjoy a horse drawn trolley ride through the property and visit the cute little animal village. I can't say enough good things about this place! A wonderful addition to the Parksville area and recommend a stop for anyone visiting the area.

We went for the Christmas market and it was absolutely amazing. From the beautiful lights to the well done "Bethlehem market" the whole family enjoyed it!

To respond to the reviewer commenting on the baby in the Bethlehem walk. Babies have managed in cold weather since the beginning of mankind. In Denmark people nap their babies outside all winter. I saw the baby well bundled and absolutely with a hat. I also saw the mom cuddling him and feeding him right there in the barn. I'm guessing she took his hat off at some point because he was warm from being nestled against her, feeding. I thought it was beautiful and it brought tears to my eyes. Furthermore, this isn't really an appropriate place to be sharing this sort of opinion. Giving this incredible and beautiful business 2 stars because you don't agree with a parenting choice made by some volunteers, isn't helping others understand about the farm, the shop, or the event. By all means, share your opinion but it's a bit of a stretch to be lowering the Google rating of a business based on this.
