Lorne and his team are fantastic! We highly recommend them! They go above and far beyond to help, which is truly rare these days.

What started as a simple do it yourself retaining wall/patio quickly escalated into a situation far beyond our ability, knowledge and time frame available to complete the work. We had ourselves a serious mud pit at our back door and needed professional help.

Sensing the urgency in my message, Lorne made time in his already full project schedule to visit the following day and offer guidance. Seeing we were in over our heads, he and his crew stepped in to help!

Not only did they do an amazing job building a beautiful curved staircase, but put in a complete drainage system ensuring no future water issues would occur!

As to be expected with any building project, noise is going to happen. The crew was as efficient as possible and very courteous to all our neighbors, who have all complimented both the crew and the work.

The thing we most appreciated was the positive energy Lorne and Graham brought to our home. Highly recommend!!

We needed a ground level paving stone patio as well as a continuation of an existing custom made walkway. Lorne and his crew were amazing, so hard working and talented, and the results were even better than the plan on paper. Lorne worked well with our porch builder to make the two projects blend seamlessly. The local materials he steered us towards were beautiful, and are standing up to the changeable weather and temps we have North of Courtenay. They did a thorough clean up too. We are SO glad we hired Lorne at Aria, and our patio has improved our lives! Thanks guys.

I had a problem with the cement driveway at my home. The cement was broken by tree roots, buckled and a safety hazard. I wanted something that would enhance the viability for the small grove of Firs trees, mitigate the run off of rain and I needed something that would be wheelchair accessible immediately after completion. This seemed a tall order.
Lorne collaborated with me, using his horticultural and landscaping expertise, to make it work exactly as I needed it to be.
The end result is perfect for my needs, is environmentally conscious and blends in naturally with my landscape.

Initially I admired how hard the guys on the ground worked for this company in my neighbourhood! Then they started to build a fence for my neighbour. They ran 2 planers for several days non stop. The noise was incredible and difficult to take given self isolation from the pandemic! Just not socially acceptable. When I complained in person to the business owner the company did not pass along my concerns to the property owners. Would you want such socially irresponsible guys working in your neighbourhood? No thanks. These boards should have been planed off site, then brought in! or maybe..just but better quality boards. No noise, no fuss!

The owner did not listen to what we wanted, took out a perfectly good tree. Some of the plants they put in died because they werent sited properly. Ended up fixing it with a different gardening service.
