Recurrent issue with Tre Stelle Traditional Ricotta from Arla Foods Canada : Once the container opened, the content appears significantly shrunk and watery, and when you taste it, it's sour -- long before expiry date -- not to mention their high price for a small quantity (475 g for 8.99$). See photo that only shows the 280 g format but I experienced the same issue with their 475 g version repeatedly.
Update : Bought one that finally looked normal (May 2023) but molds developed 6 days before expiry date (product kept in fridge at 40 F since day 1 ).

Arla Foods changed their recipe recently for Tre Stelle Traditional Ricotta : It now taste less creamy and dry but with a strong acidic aftertaste -- the same botched up results I got from making it at home.

Have just tasted (eaten whole package) of Apetina feta cheese in oil with black olives and herbs. It is the most delicious, exotic food I've ever tasted.....in all my travels and gourmet eating and cooking.

Now I'm on the phone trying to find out from the company where I can buy a big quantity for self and ideal hostess gifts,.... but can't get through to anyone live. Also I give this FIVE BIG STARS - really deserves more!!!!.
