The staff are pretty friendly and the prices are decent! Most pots were fairly neutral, nothing too flashy, and the plants are usually pretty good. I got a free plant bulb so I can't complain! They have some very fun little decorations for your pets and decks.

This is a beautiful nursery located by Wood groove mall. They have variety of nice plants and tree saplings varying from indoor to outdoor and cold to tropical geography of the world. Excellent customer service with ample of parking. Their building is of logs very well built to suit this business. They also carry pretty much everything we required for good indoor & out door garden. Feels nice going here.

I went in with my baby in her carrier ( this is the only way I can take her out) I needed lots of plants and lots of help. Krystal directed me to all of the best options. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made several suggestions based on my needs. She lifted the plants into the cart and made sure I had carryout help. It was a smooth and enjoyable experience. One I was not expecting as shopping with an infant is usually quite challenging.

Went today to buy a tree for Christmas but didn't want the traditional tree that you would have to dispose of. Amy led us to the pine trees in a planter and looked after us up to and including helping my husband load our tree etc. All the time with a smile on her face. Will definitely will come back here for all our planting needs! Thank Amy. Merry Christmas!

I love garden centres, looking at all the plants and flowers and enjoying the different scents. There are a lot of empty racks/spaces here but it could just be that we are partway through summer now so they have sold a lot of product already or it could be partly due to the coronavirus. I wondered if they hadn't got some items in, or simply ordered less based on slower sales with so many people not really going out to the stores now. Still, Art Knapp's is a great place to wander around and get ideas for the garden.

Went to look for rose bushes. I was delighted to find a decent selection and on sale to boot!

Always friendly staff, and clear markings for distancing at the front entrance. Spacious and bright.

Large selection of plants and every garden tchaka, cwramic nicknack and pot you could ever want.

I was there for a specific plant which is very popular and hard to find. Was glad that they had it in stock, Yet, it is a bit frustrating buying an investment plant (because these are final sale, and not inexpensive purchases), and not having information about them/their care before hand.

Cannot blame the store that the growers do not always provide information about plants and there care, but it is frustrating that there aren't specialist staff who would know that. However because this is a large place, and they have so much variety, I didn't actually expect them to know every detail about every plant. It just would have been nice to get a heads up on it instead of having to resort to Google searches. But thank goodness those are available because I found out this particular plant is extraordinary toxic to cats which made a huge difference in my purchase and where it will be hanging out in my home!

They do have a really great selection of seeds and carry a few different companies.

There's also an area that looks like a ladies clothing boutique which caters to a very specific taste. I don't quite understand that concept in a garden cente but there were a couple folks shopping in there , so there you go.

Was there on a Wednesday late afternoon and found a bit understaffed on the floor. They were a few people waiting around to talk to staff.
