"Toujours si bien informé, efficace et amical. Le personnel de la caisse a appelé la jeune femme des plantes extérieures qui m'a montré les deux variétés d'arbuste que je voulais. Comme c'est l'automne, les arbustes n'étaient pas aussi percutants que lors de l'achat au printemps. Elle m'a donné des conseils sur la plantation que j'ai appréciés. Elle a porté certaines plantes jusqu'à la caisse avec moi et m'a également offert une réduction J'ai laissé ma quittance pour le gravier à ramasser derrière et elle a couru jusqu'à la voiture pour me donner la quittance. C'est ce que j'appelle un service exceptionnel "

Always so knowledgeable efficient and friendly. The gal at the checkout desk called the girl on the outdoor plants who showed me the two varieties of the bush I wanted. As it's fall the bushes werent as perky as shopping in the spring. She told me tips on planting them which I appreciated. she carried some to the checkout with me and gave me a discount too! I left behind my receipt for gravel pick up in the yard behind and she ran out to the car to give me the receipt. That's what I call great service!

Yesterday I picked up 4 yards of turf mix and went to a job site to lay it down to get ready and seeds new grass. There was so many rocks as you can see in the pictures. I went back to speak with the owner and she said that I should have checked what I am buying. She didn’t care about it and let me pay a full price. I’ve been their clients for a while now but I’m highly disappointed!!!
Going to find someone honest!

Great flowers, shrubs and fruit trees to choose from. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. Great place to just snoop around and enjoy all the flowers and maybe even bring a few home as my wife did. 🌞🌻

It's nice to just walk around Art Knapp's honestly. Lots of choices, fairly good prices and friendly staff. Just wish they kept more tropical indoor plants in store regularly.

Great place to shop plants!
I happened to visit here as I heard about the end-of-season sales, and it was worth it!
I bought cute plants with the help of a lovely lady who works there 🙂

Service was great. Very helpful when asking about different plants. Didn't buy any plants this trip but plan to in future. I did get lawn top dressing. Top dressing is a blend of soil and "sand". Once I got it home and spreading it I was disappointed with it. The sand that I think should be screened to 1/8" and smaller was screened to 3/8 or 1/2". There were a lot of stones 3/8 to 1/2 but more to 3/8. There was a sand content mix of probably 70/30 ratio 70% small 1/8 or smaller as I did want and expect. The 30% of the sand that was larger than the 1/8" that was expected was very disappointing and not wanted.

Art Knapp just lost a customer and I'll never recommend them to anyone I know. I didn't lose out on a lot of money but it's the principle of the matter.

I bought this Navaho Blackberry plant from them and a Loch Ness in the spring. The loch ness is doing awesome but the navaho is dying. Same watering conditions and soil. I brought it in and all I had was the tags, the navaho didn't come with a Art Knapp tag for some reason but the loch ness did and I have the written price with the tag the navaho did come with. They wouldn't give me a simple exchange for another blackberry bush because I didn't have the original receipt. I could see if I didn't have the tags at all or if I wanted a cash refund. No one else in this city writes the price on the tags like that.

I could have easily bought a blackberry plant and returned this with the other receipt if I actually wanted to rip them off.

Hope it was worth the $16.99 to get a bad review and lose a customer. I was about to buy some more plants but I'll go elsewhere from now on.
