Hubby sent me 100$ floral arrangement only 2 days ago and the flowers are already dying. Should get at least 4 + days of enjoyment.
Will never use this location again. What a waste of money.

I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday and had the worst experience ever! First of all, I want to say that this is NOT a real flower shop! They do not have a storefront or anything. The business owners are advertising a flower shop out of a cannabis store. I went to the location myself to confirm this. I am shocked that their landlord allows this, as it most likely goes against their permitted use. I tried to order flowers online and the website states free local delivery. For an address that is JUST outside of Sherwood Park (1-2 minutes), the website was saying it would be $30 delivery. I knew this couldn't be right, so I called to confirm if that was actually what they would charge me. The lady I spoke to said they would charge me $15 for delivery, which is still a lot for such a close address, but I agreed because I really wanted to send my sister flowers. I had already filled out all of the information online and had my order ready to go, but the lady told me that the only way to give me the delivery discount would be to refund me after I placed an order and she said the refund could take a long time. She suggested I place the order over the phone instead, which I was hesitant to do because I wanted a record of my order, but she assured me I would receive a confirmation email with all of the details. I never received a confirmation email. When it was my sister's birthday and she still hadn't received the flowers by lunchtime, I tried calling the "flower shop" to confirm if and when they would be delivering the flowers. They didn't answer the phone and I left a message. No one returned my call. I tried calling quite a few times after that and they wouldn't pick up! It was the worst customer service I have ever received. After trying to get ahold of them all day and reading some of the other reviews, I was worried I had been scammed. My sister did end up receiving the flowers....AFTER 5pm! I will never order flowers from this place again. Please beware and order from a real flower shop!

I ordered a double opulent orchid which is advertised as double stem white orchid, but what they delivered was a single stem purple orchid which cost half the price of what I paid for. I sent a complaint to wecare and was contacted by Rita but there is no resolution or action made and never heard back from her again. Tried e-mailing many times but no answer. Very poor customer service and falsely advertised product! Still waiting for response and action. I recommend using other reliable flower shops!

I was very happy with this flower shop. I called to get same day delivery. The lady on the phone was polite and helpful. I let her pick the colors/flowers for the arrangement and it turned out beautiful. Price was also very reasonable.

Flowers booked for the morning and arrived at 4:30pm which messed up birthday plans.
The box flowers came in was drenched and dripping with water and some flowers were loose in the box.
I called twice and no one picked up the phone, I also left a message which was never returned.
Would not recommend to anyone, you’re better off buying flowers from the store and arranging them yourself. Overpriced for what you end up getting and extremely unprofessional. Disappointed to say the least. Zero Stars.

Ordered the same day delivery service. They sent no confirmation about the delivery and I had to follow up the next day - they forgot my order! Also when I called the number provided the person answering the phone just said “hello” not the name of the floral shop Aspen Florist. They did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Also the add said free delivery for local (which it was) and I was still charged $15 delivery. So disappointed in the service

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered flowers and the following day I receive an email saying my order has been suspended. I’ve called 8 times. Texted cause when I called someone texted me back and said they would call later. Never happened.
I’ve emailed back twice and still no response. The took my money in my credit card tho. Flowers are suppose to be delivered today and I still haven’t heard back. Worst customer service ever. I still have no idea what is going on with my order.

Edit* tried calling again today and they kept hanging up on me. So went to the address and it is a place called good roots cannabis they informed me it was the landlord of the store and the government keeps telling them they can’t advertise a flower shop in a cannabis store and that he has people coming in all the time about this. Do NOT order from here. They are crooks. Edit again if I ever hear back. For now I will be calling police for fraud and my credit card company.
