I ordered this arrangement for a family members birthday. I ordered the mid size which was $110.00 + tax of $19.65 and a delivery fee of $21.00!
The arrangement that was delivered to my family members is a disgusting disappointment! It’s actually smaller than what is in the site! This was for a 60th birthday and I was hoping it would be so beautiful for her! Even the card looked like it was written by a child!
Please do not order from this florist…and I use that term very loosely!!!

Today, I found a large assortment of potted indoor plants, as well as masses of fresh cut tulips. Fresh flower arrangements are also available.
I must say that the service was excellent. Donna expended great effort in helping me find what I was looking for.
She was caring and professional.

Stellar customer service resulted in perfect wedding bouquets!

Atlantic Gardens prepared 4 bouquets for myself and the bridal party along with 4 boutonnières. The arrangements exceeded my expectations. Every flower detail I asked for was incorporated. I was able to transport these flowers almost 3 hours away, 2 days before the wedding and they stayed perfect!

Some really beautiful flowers here. I find their prices very expensive and have seen some other bouquets from them be slightly underwhelming. However my personal experiences have been good and flowers and plants were all healthy and colorful.

Listen up guys... I had big expectations going to a 'flower shop' as traditionally, the Superstore/Sobeys will do, but this one was special. I called the gal at the shop, and she seemed unimpressed with my weak flower knowledge, or my desire for a $70 bouquet. I went to pick it up (I'm 15 min away, and the charge was going to be more than a dollar a minute to deliver... ) When I picked it up I got to see the young lady who wasn't impressed with my order, she didn't really make eye contact and I was whisked away as it had already been charged to my card. Picked up the kids from school, made the presentation, all went well... I'm just saying the value for money, and the experience was poor... Save yourself 50% and go get two bouquets at Sobeys or Superstore...have the customer service gal re-wrap them and you'll be way better off.

My family and I try to support small local businesses whenever possible. My newborn daughter arrived last Friday and my mom and husband decided to purchase an arrangement to take to the hospital after I had a longer than usual stay. It was explained that they didn’t have some of the flowers pictured. What small selection of flowers used were terrible quality for a $74+ arrangements.
The “field roses” were dead, we were all disappointed with the quality and professionalism from Atlantic Garden Florist.
We had suggested a refund, partial refund or having a new arrangement made and sent out. None of these suggestions were considered. They did offer to replace the field roses but we would need to take the arrangement back to have them replaced. 35 minute drive for us.
This was not convenient as I cannot drive, my mom doesn’t drive in the city, and my husband is back to working 12h days.
I would suggest people consider before spending their hard earned money here.

I called and asked about the price of a plant, the sales lady said around $100 minus a 30% promotional offer they had ongoing.
My wife went to pick the plant up and was charged $175 minus the 30% meaning the plant cost $145, I don't see how $175 is around a $100, needless to say the plant was returned. If the sales staff don't know or understand the price of what they are selling they should not answer the phone, this was a waste of my time and gas, this is not a shop to do business with.
