Shockingly bad and very disappointing. Ordered a "Deluxe" "Graceful Devotion" for a funeral held today. What we got bears NO resemblance to what they have on their website. About half the amount of flowers, most of which were carnations, and the few roses used in it were in BAD shape. They were not fresh. This cost over $200 when all was said and done, and in all honesty if we had gone to Costco we could have done better. One of the ladies at the funeral actually asked if the flowers were from Safeway, which should give you some idea. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Called long distance to order Mother’s Day bouquet, Barb offered some excellent advice and my mom was utterly delighted with the bouquet. Mom said it was the nicest one she’s ever received. Not cheap but worth the very positive reaction. Good service.

Called today to oder flowers and was told that they were all out and could not take new orders. I love to support small businesses and said "what a wonderful problem to have". THEN I was old that I should plan better.🤯 REALLY? My mother is ill, clearly not a planned event. We were supposed to be together for Christmas but she is feeling too ill.
I will not be ordering from this business and would advise others to avoid it as well (unless you are okay with businesses who provide rude "customer service" taking your money).

Absolutely fantastic job for our mother's funeral Casket spray and bouquet. Would highly recommend Barb! 👍 She also provides bouquets for our office and each one is excellent.

I wish that I looked at the reviews prior to ordering. The photo of what I thought that I was purchasing vs what was delivered. The flowers are beautiful but not equivalent to what I paid for them.

I went in to ask about some flower arrangements I was going to need the following week. I seen a flower arrangement in the freezer and wanted to ask about it(not purchase it) the older gentlemen with glasses approached me and started giving me attitude right away. I was being polite. I mentioned it wasn't for that day but i was going to purchase something for the following week. He interrupted me before I could finish what I wanted to say. I was going to say "you never have stock when I come in so you must be good" once again he interrupted me and responded with more attitude. At this point I was beginning to get a little frustrated so I just said it's fine I'll just go somewhere else. At which he started saying something with more attitude so I just walked out. Pretty unprofessional, I get that it's busy but I never even got to ask a single question about what my visit was intended for. I wasn't looking to purchase something that day, and all I got was attitude and pretty much chased out of the store. I'm sure they're nice people but that left a bad impression on me. I'm not saying don't go and check them out for yourself but just don't expect professionalism from the older guy with glasses.
