It was my first time at this location. The guy who helped me was amazing. I told him I was looking for a cherry blossom tree. He was knowledgeable, and very helpful. Will come back again for sure.

Been shopping here for years, dropping 100's of dollars annually.
Today, I wanted 6 viable bulbs from 2 packages.
Along with many other purchases...
This meager ask was hummed over by the cashier, Lui, who looked behind her and was given a frown by a collage, as if to say no.
The lack of simple judicial action here was such a sad response to a simple request, I abandoned by entire purchase. I know if this were Mr. Dinter , he would have simply said no probelm, 2 rotten bags of bulbs are going to go in the garbage anyway!
Each bag had 2-3 good bulbs in them. If I buy both bags, it's one good bag- regular price!? You can't argue with ignorance, so I suggest they help the staff do math and learn a lesson in customer service and do better.

They have a large and well laid out nursery with both greenhouses, and all the other accoutrement of a gardener or landscaper. Statuary, tools, books, landscaping artifacts for beautification, snacks bird feeders and gardening clothes represent some of the non-plant offerings. The plants are all in numbered sections that allow for quick unsupervised shopping. They can get rather busy during rush periods with lots of customers in. They have some plant experts on site that will identify clippings and various plants brought in. Certain staff can provide expert help. In all an excellent place to shop for your garden and landscape needs. Parking is free on the lot, but they are not on any real transit routes.

My first time at the nursery and it was massive!!! They have an incredible selection to choose from and many I've never seen before. Some staff were super friendly and others a bit grumpy that day. Some were knowledgeable, and again others not so much. I found the prices to be a bit in the high side, but the quality of the plants you get are up there. Best to wear proper shoes and not flip flops like I did. Lots of stones on the path.

Love this place. It's where you gotta go if you love plants or anything that grows. Seasonally they offer family inclusive workshops. And the staff share their knowledge and it's affordable. The selection goes from the basics that you can find anywhere to the other spectrum of things you had no idea existed.

Just stopped in today for our basket bedding plants, excellent selection, got some great colours in the petunias and Million Bells that I am sure will be gone in a couple of weeks, pays to shop early. Also picked up a Chenille plant, my husband's favourite, very unique looking flower.
As usual they have lots of knowledgeable staff and the plants are healthy and well cared for. Support your local nursery and get to choose from a fantastic selection of plants, what more can you ask for?
