We hired Barbacoa Boyz for our wedding and they were absolutely phenomenal! They showed up the day before to set up their food truck, and from the moment they started cooked, all of our guests were commenting on how amazing the food smelled and could not wait to eat. We started with the appetizers and everyone was raving about the chicken skewers and tacos. When it came time for dinner, the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. We had a number of people with food allergies/dietary restrictions and they were able to accommodate every single one of them, without sacrificing taste or quality. I’m gluten-free and dairy-free and with their gluten-free gravy and dairy-free cheese curds, I was able to have poutine for the first time in years and it was delicious! Their jerk chicken was to die for and they had limitless ways to accommodate everyone! It was very important to us that everyone be able to enjoy the food and on that, they delivered. There was enough food to fill everyone, and they even sent us home with trays of leftovers. The staff was super friendly, very well organized and we cannot recommend them enough!!

Baracoa Boys did the food at my wedding and WOW. Not only was the food delicious, Jaime and Christina were so professional throughout the whole thing - they made me not worry at all on my wedding day. They had so many options for food and I found exactly what I needed at such an affordable rate. My guests and myself were so happy with the food and I would 100% recommended using Jaime and Christina for ANY event. They’re amazing!

We came down to the pop ups for a quick snack and after eating a first round of tacos, we had to go back for more! So good! Kids loved them and I appreciate the gluten free corn tortilla option. Amazing flavors and amazing service.

I am so frustrated with myself that I didn't take a photo of these!!!! (It's because we are them so fast) They not only LOOKED stellar, they tasted out of this world. The jerk chicken had the perfect kick to them, and the brisket.... Ohhh boy... The brisket was phenomenal!!! We will be back- especially because of the fact that the tortillas themselves were definitely handmade and had that real corn taste. Really good standout tacos are hard to find, so thank you for this experience!!

We had Barbacoa Boys and it was absolutely amazing! We got the sliders, rice, shrimp taco, and chicken. Everything was packed with flavor. The sliders were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the rice was tasty, the shrimp taco had a nice kick, and the chicken was tender and delicious. Every bite was a hit. Highly recommend!!! We’ll definitely be back for more!

We're not ashamed to say that we've stalked the Barbacoa food truck all throughout 2023 for the great food and laughs with Chef Jamie!

Awesome caribbean inspired flavors made by nice people. The spice level is pretty low by my standards, but the flavor profile is amazing, and everything is made fresh.
