A huge tree was pressing against my house (having landed there after the snow?) and Bartlett was called to remove it. Cost was comparable to other quote. They responded immediately, were efficient doing the job, clearly experienced (it was a tight working area) and left the site clean.

With great local knowledge and friendly people my transaction was terrific. When the work was done you could hardly tell they had been there. They swept up everything, took away all branches, leaves, and chipping material. The estimator was friendly and helpful, and the two guys doing the work were great to interact with. Highly recommend them.

I had two trees to be removed, one of them over 50 foot pine. William did the big job. It was amazing to watch the skill that’s required for this job. Other crew members Sam and Michelle also did a really great job, very detail oriented and hard working. The whole job was done efficiently and professionally. I was SO impressed with Bartlett Tree. Aaron was our assessor and he was honest about how our tree was doing and what it would take to fix it. Our cherry tree is over 70 years old and had been allowed to grow much too tall by previous owners of the property. Last year a branch came down, crashing through the neighbors yard and almost hitting their house so we needed to trim it down but we didn't want to remove it. Alec, Flint, Cam, Kevin and John arrived at our house a year after the fence crash and took the tree down to 12 feet. They were extremely professional and courteous. They put plywood up around the house so the wood bits they were removing wouldn't scratch the house. They left the backyard in a better state that when they started. And I was SO impressed by Flint's work in the tree, trimming it down without hitting fences or gardens or people. I also wanted the wood that was removed for future projects so it was cut to length and left neatly stacked in the back yard. I highly recommend them and will use them any time I need in the future.

Unfortunately my latest experience with this company was not good. They were a no show on the scheduled date and I got three conflicting explanations from the company. When the work was finally rescheduled the clean up was terrible ( left branches etc on both my roof and my neighbours), left a tarp in the middle of the front yard and broke edging around trees and did not even let me know. Also had to ensure stump grinding was done as the crew did not come with a grinder so had to leave to retrieve the necessary equipment. I have used the company many times in the past however the service has deteriorated with office, advisors and district manager unaware of issues. Even after having a customer service call with company no one from management has reached out.
